The climate emergency requires multiple, urgent responses, including protecting and restoring the earth's forests and other ecosystems. The Communion Forest is both a practical and symbolic response – a global initiative consisting of local activities. This seminar will explore the theology and practicalities of the initiative, sharing existing examples of ecosystem protection and restoration, woven into the life and mission of the Church.
