1 Peter Bible Expositions and Bible Studies
This exposition explored how we, as God’s Church, can use our gifts to alleviate suffering. 1 Peter directs God’s Church to the ‘other’ or the ‘stranger’, using God’s gifts to serve them and to seek the common good. For 1 Peter, when God’s world suffers, genuine love and hospitality are essential so that in all things, God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.
Following the Bible Exposition, the conference community met in Bible Study groups. Bible study materials are available as supporting documents.
